Returns must be approved prior to shipping the return. Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on any custom made chillers.
If upon receiving and inspecting a product, it is found to not be in its original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Our website provides accurate shipping costs for the continental US. Penguin Chillers also ships directly to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada for an additional charge (Contact us for accurate quotes). If you are outside of these areas, you will need to hire a freight forwarding company.
Warranty Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for inbound shipping on a warranty claim. We can assist in providing a discounted return shipment label if requested by the customer, but the cost of shipping to Penguin Chillers falls under the responsibility of the customer. The chiller needs to be properly packaged for safe transport. This product must be insured during shipment. Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment. If the warranty claim is approved Penguin Chillers will repair or replace the chiller at our discretion, and then repackage and ship the chiller back to you at no additional cost within the continental 48 states, surcharges may apply outside of the continental 48 states.
