Our glycol chillers will operate with 33%-100% glycol mix. We most commonly recommend aiming for a 50% mixture. While a 33% mixture will work- any errors while mixing a 33% solution can leave you with a mix that still freezes at your desired operating temperature. A 50% mix is what we used when testing our glycol chillers down to -14F and did not have any freeze issues.
